Quaker Deli was started in February of 1990 by the husband and wife team of Lance and Betsy Salmonsen of Uxbridge, MA. Since that time, Lance and Betsy have been serving up some of the best tasting food in the Blackstone Valley. We offer a wide range of food and foodstuffs here at Quaker Deli, ranging from our daily luncheon specials, prepared foods to take home, ala carte catering foods, or our buffets.
